OnceClip Terms of Service

Welcome to OnceClip. By using the Service you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. The Service

OnceClip is an AI video generation service: it composes the photos, videos, and narration text you upload into short videos. The Service is delivered via the website (clip.oncehit.com) and the OnceClip Chrome extension.

2. Accounts

You must register an OnceAccount to use the Service. Keep your password safe.
Do not use another person's account or share yours. You are responsible for damages resulting from credential leaks.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and reserve all legal remedies.

3. Your content

You warrant that you own or have licensed all photos, videos, and text you upload.
You grant OnceClip a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Do not upload content that is infringing, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, misleading, or illegal. Violations may result in immediate removal and account termination.

4. Credits and payment

Video generation deducts credits per minute. Credits are purchased through OnceAccount.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If a generation fails due to our error, the failed portion is not charged.
Prices and credit rules may change from time to time; changes apply only to subsequent top-ups.

5. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by service interruptions.

6. Intellectual property

The OnceClip website, software, brand, icons, and design belong to us.
Videos you generate are yours, subject to a limited license we retain for service improvement.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your OnceAccount at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms; rights accrued before termination (e.g. unexpired credits) remain protected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
